A little gem of a Guesthouse - Rating 5/5

Thank you so much for looking after us so well during our stay last week.The breakfasts were so good and presented so beautifully, the 'extra' pieces of cake were a very welcome addition and our room was perfect.As hosts you got it just right, attentive but not overbearing.All in all we had a lovely few days revisiting old haunts and finding new places to explore. I would recommend the Regency Guest House wholeheartedly.

Excellent in every way - Rating 5/5

Spent 4 nights in this lovely guesthouse. Our room was well designed & very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with a large choice. The owners were lovely hosts offering lots of helpful advice & information. Attention to detailduring our stay was very evident. We had a lovely stay & hope to return.

A most enjoyable relaxing stay with great hosts providing a most enjoyable breakfast. The room was comfortable and stocked with exquisite toiletries. I would recommend anyoneto stay here.Michael & Erica

Thank you Mark and Jane for another excellent 3-day visit to your lovely guest house.It really is home from home with very comfortable rooms and wonderful food.You certainly went the extra mile and Nala and 'Nibs' kept us amused in the garden!

Very comfortable and pleasant stay - Rating 5/5

Guest house is located in a pretty and quiet village. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a good choice.Our hosts were very hospitable and did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay.Good local pub a few doors away where we ate a couple of times.

Very nice place. Mark and Jane Very nice couple made you feel at home.breakfast was very nice plenty.on the day we arrived Jane offered us a cup of tea and cake that was nice.

Stay at Regency Guest House- Rating 5/5

The Regency Guest House is a little hidden gem in North Norfolk. I would highly recommend it to anyone the owners are so welcoming and helpful the rooms are to a high standard. Around an amazing place to stay we'll be going back.

Charming guesthouse- Rating 5/5

We loved our stay at The Regency Guest House. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a gorgeous roll top bath in the en-suite. Breakfast was hot, speedy and delicious.Thank you Jane and Mark.

Fantastic- Rating 5/5

The perfect mix of very welcoming and friendly whilst being slick and professional. Great breakfast and lovely bed (for a wonderful sleep). Highly recommend as a great location for seeing the broads.

Lovely stay with Jane and Mark, room was spotless, bedding smelt lovely and the breakfast was 10 out 10, both were attentive as always, we have stayed for several occasions now, the high standards have stayed the same.

we had a lovely time travelling around the Broads which was made all the better by having such a lovely base to start from and return to over our three days. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Regency Guest house for a couple of nights while attending a wedding in the area.Great breakfasts set us up for the day after a good night's sleep in comfort and quiet.Lovely hosts and a delightful place to stay

Amazing! - Rating 5/5

This guest house is an absolute gem. Jane and Mark are such good hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The guesthouse itself is exceptionally clean, beautiful garden, gift shop and offers a good breakfast! There is a pub that has good food a few doors away. We would definitely highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful! - Rating 5/5

Where to start? We arranged to stay to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday and Mark and Jane went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make his surprise special. Super comfy bed and extra touches including a flask of fresh milk and homemade cake really appreciated. A good choice and very tasty breakfast but what really sets this apart was how kind and friendly Jane and Mark were. We will definitely return.

Perfect stay - Rating 5/5

Jane & Mark are wonderful hosts which made this stay perfect. The location was excellent for exploring the coastal regions as well as the broads. A hearty breakfast cooked to perfection set us up well for a days sightseeing & the hosts are always ready with great recommendations. Our room was beautifully styled with a relaxing bath as the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend this bed & breakfast to anyone.

We looked in all their rooms and they were lovely, modern, colourful, spacious and very clean.The choice at breakfast was huge and all the food fresh cooked just right.Mark and Jane were very helpful by providing local knowledge of the area and suggesting places to visit.10 out of 10.

Weekend break - Rating 5/5

Jane & Mark met us upon arrival and made us feel welcome straight away, their guest house has a very homely feel. The room we had was very clean and spacious, a wide selection for breakfast is included and was fantastic and cooked to perfection. Mark also helped with events going on in the area and helped with directions.There is a pub 2 doors down and a nice place for a drink.We highly recommended The Regency Guest House if you are coming to the area.We will definitely be staying here again when we return to the area. A+++++

Lovely,relaxing stay. - Rating 5/5

Another wonderful stay. Jane and Mark are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are fab with good quality local produce. Rooms are very quiet andprivate. Really appreciate the little extras such as surprise cakes/biscuits in room. Excellent location for the broads as 3 miles from Wroxham and 10 miles from Norwich. Wonderful for walking and seeing nature from muntjacs to seals just around the corner. Lovey and relaxing. Will be planning a summer stay.

Highly recommend! - Rating 5/5

We enjoyed a lovely 1 night stay at Janes beautiful B&B and were immediately made to feel at home. We spent the evening at the White Horse which is a lovely pub 2 doors down and Jane cooked us a delicious full English breakfast the following morning. We would definitely recommend!
